Our discipleship core values guide us in measuring how effectively we’re helping individuals begin and grow in their journey as followers of Christ.

TRUTH

We unite around the essential truths of the gospel and allow liberty concerning Biblical interpretations related to secondary matters. We value all truth; both the truth found in Scripture and the truth we can discover through God’s creation. Our value for truth means that we will avoid pointless controversies, silly myths, and conspiracy theories.

LOVE

Jesus modeled true love for us and taught us how to love one another. Our value of love means that we both welcome people from all walks of life while also calling everyone to the only path of eternal life, a path of faith and obedience to Jesus.

ACTION

Jesus commanded His disciples to GO! We believe that a life of faith in Jesus is a life of action. At CCC, we put our faith into action as individuals where we live, work, and play, as a church through outreach and community partnerships, and by extending our gifts, prayers, and financial resources to other parts of the world through foreign missions.
